In contrast, expectations of 100%, 75%, or even 25% would either set up unrealistic pressure for the trainee at this early stage or suggest an insufficient level of engagement in the learning process. Developing proficiency takes time, and the 50% benchmark reflects a supportive and progressive learning environment.
